The selection process

We undertake a rigorous three step selection process which provides the opportunity for us to select the most appropriate candidates and for candidates to ensure that a job at Current BioData is the best decision for them. Step One is a detailed evaluation of your CV and covering letter. Step 2 is the completion of a test and eye for detail excercise which is sent to candidates selected from step 1, to be completed and returned to Current BioData usually within 10 days.  The final step for candidates successful in the first two steps is based on a formal interview usually held at the location of the post with senior members of the management team. In accordance with our equal opportunities policy, attempts will be made to accommodate the particular need of any person suffering from a disability within the meaning of the Disability Discrimination Act 1995 at all stages of the recruitment process.

We aim to complete the recruitment process to formal job offer stage for successful candidates within one-and-a-half months of the closing date for applications advertised. All unsuccessful candidates will be informed. Formal job offers are made subject to references and sight of a document confirming the individuals right to work in the UK.

We aim to select the best people for jobs regardless of gender, age, marital status, disability, color, race, nationality or ethnic or national origin, national identity, sexual orientation, religion or belief.
